Improved My Sleep

I've been using ZMA for over 2 months now, and it has definitely improved my sleep. I fall asleep faster, I sleep deeper and do not wake up tired. However, the previous edition of ZMA had magnesium glycinate instead of citrate, and it truly did wonders for my sleep. The citrate version is ok too, but I hope to see the glycinate back again.

I have used this for a month before bed. I can say it did help with sleep however there were nights were despite taking the tablets, it didn't really help with the sleep. I would still wake up feeling tired and sluggish. Maybe need a higher dose( after discussing with the Dr)?!?!! I shall continue taking this though to see if it makes me feel any better.

Great product helping my hair and sleep

Never had such great sleep

This truly does help me relax and fall asleep at a reasonable hour and stay asleep until morning. Before this I would be lucky to get more than 3 hours sleep
