Good

I have used this for a month before bed. I can say it did help with sleep however there were nights were despite taking the tablets, it didn't really help with the sleep. I would still wake up feeling tired and sluggish. Maybe need a higher dose( after discussing with the Dr)?!?!! I shall continue taking this though to see if it makes me feel any better.

Never had such great sleep

This truly does help me relax and fall asleep at a reasonable hour and stay asleep until morning. Before this I would be lucky to get more than 3 hours sleep

Giving it it's time

At the moment i don't see or feel any changes. I am going to take ZMA for a longer time to see if it makes any changes. My mom also takes this and she could sleep a little bit better.
