Can I take this if I’m currently trying to conceive?
While trying to conceive, Sleep, Stress & brain fog is safe but if is not safe while pregnant or breastfeeding so should be ceased immediately upon conception.
Do I have to take this in the morning?
Although ideally taken in the morning, it is not a must. It is fine to take at any time of the day if another time suits your schedule better.
How long until I see results?
Due to how individualised PCOS is, there is no set time that everybody will see results but if you are taking this consistently as part of an overall PCOS plan, you should start seeing good results within the first month.
For optimal results, we recommend taking 2 capsules in the evening, approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime. This allows for maximum effectiveness while you rest.
