Common in people with PCOS is insulin resistance. This is a condition where your body's cells no longer respond to the hormone insulin as they should. Over time, this can cause to high blood sugar levels (hyperinsulinemia) and, if left unmanaged, can lead to prediabetes and type II diabetes.
Myo-inositol, derived from glucose, acts as a messenger for hormones like insulin and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Put simply, myo inositol ensures smoother communication between insulin and your cells. This process causes your cells to respond better to insulin or, in other words, increases your cells’ insulin sensitivity*. Once your cells are responding better to insulin it reduces the need for excess production, helping you to avoid hyperinsulinemia.
Why Choose Inositol Over Berberine?
Although Inositol and Berberine both show promise in addressing insulin resistance*, there are some key differences:
Berberine may be more effective for managing weight and improving body composition*.
Inositol is pregnancy and breastfeeding-safe, whereas berberine is not.
Inositol can be taken long-term, whereas berberine requires breaks for sustainable use.

Can Inositol be taken with birth control?
Can I take this with Balance as well?
Balance contains 3g Inositol per serve so it isn't really necessary to take additional. However for some people they feel it helps, so if you would like to add additional Inositol, please take Balance in the morning and then Inositol either mid afternoon or just before bed to space it out
Does this contain d-chiro?
No, we have chosen to use myo-inositol only in this product given its promising effects founded by recent research .
Mix 1 level measured teaspoon in one cup of water or any flavoured drink on an empty stomach. Either first thing in the morning or before bed is ideal.

My parcel was lost in the mail. I have not received it. Royal mail says ask sender to request the lost package claim. This company says its been delivered to my neighbours and not giving me a refund or new order. I've checked with 8 of my neighbours they all say no parcel delivered to them. I don't know who is lieing. I'm not ordering again. I'd live with pcos than go through the stress again
I've been using this inositol for around a year, and it has supported me largely since coming off of my hormonal contraception. My periods are more regular and much more manageable. My cravings are reduced and my PCOS symptoms are at bay!
I fell pregnant naturally after 2 years of trying, (PCOS)
So when we wanted to try for our second I knew I needed some help as time isn't on our side.
So I used inositol for 2 months and my periods was pretty much regular from 3 periods a year to having a period every month...
after 6 months we fell pregnant
It's amazing and I don't think I could have done it without it !!
I've struggled with PCOS for years and this is the only natural remedy that has made a difference for me. It has significantly improved my acne, reduced inflammation in my body, and helped my anxiety and depression. I take around 3grams in the morning in an iced matcha latte and another 3grams in the afternoon in spearmint tea. My periods are yet to become regular but I've only been taking the supplement for a couple of months so I expect it's just a matter of time. I'm 26 years old and came off the contraceptive pill at the start of 2022 to address my PCOS naturally. I really appreciate the evidence-based work that 'Healthy PCOS' does - they are super informative and realistic about what is achievable for PCOS strugglers. I particularly like how they don't promote extreme eating restrictions or a 'cure all' solution to the problem like many do when it comes to PCOS. So glad to have come across them on Tiktok!
