DIM (Diindolylmethane)

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring compound found in cruciferous vegetables that has been shown to support healthy estrogen metabolism by binding to estrogen receptors and regulating the activity of estrogen metabolising enzymes. This helps to promote a balance between estrogen and testosterone levels.

Encouraging a balance between estrogen and testosterone levels means that DIM may be effective in easing hormonal imbalances, which may affect skin & hair health along with menstrual cycle regularity. Another potential benefit of taking DIM is that it may also assist with symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes.

Why is my urine orange?

Harmless changes in urine colour may occur with the use of DIM supplements. This colour reflects the presence of DIM metabolites that have an amber colour and is not harmful.
