Magnesium: May cause a laxative effect if taken in high doses. If you're co-supplementing Balance, consider how much magnesium you're consuming overall per day.
Vitamin D3: DO NOT take Balance if you have or are showing any signs of hypercalcemia (a condition in which the calcium level in the blood becomes too high).
L-Arginine: NOT recommended following acute myocardial infarction.
Vitamin B6: Is well within the safe recommended limits. However, we recommend that you take note of any other products containing Vitamin B6 you may be consuming to ensure you do not exceed the recommended daily limits.
Inositol: At high doses, inositol may cause nausea, diarrhoea and/or gas. If you have a history of liver or kidney diseases/conditions, take myo-inositol with caution.
NAC: May cause mild nausea, stomach upset, vomiting. It should be avoided in pregnant and breastfeeding women. NAC may interact with nitroglycerin, activated charcoal, chloroquine, some antihypertensive drugs, and some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

Why are Balance & Inositol bundled together if Balance contains enough Inositol?
It's true, Balance contains the daily recommended amount of Inositol. However we have found that many customers were buying additional Inositol and benefiting from that for their hormonal needs. So to make it more affordable to combined in a bundle for those wishing to use both.
Balance:Mix one level scoop in any liquid of your choice. Ideally, drink your Balance first thing in the morning.
Inositol:Mix one scoop in any liquid of your choice, stir well. Best taken in the morning or mid-afternoon.
NAC:Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.
