I have been using Balance for around 2 weeks now and have to say I'm loving it! Massive improvement in my sleep and moods. Sleep - I used to wake up early morning 3/4am and just lie there waiting to eventually fall asleep again then get up at 7am for work feeling lousy and like I had barely slept every single day.
