Shipping policy
At Health & Balance Vitamins, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
Orders placed through our UK website are fulfilled by our UK distribution partner on behalf of Health & Balance Vitamins.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK Express Tracked: 1–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
Delivery time frames are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier operations
- Weather events
- World events
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing for international deliveries
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within these timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed and outside of our control
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £45.00.
The cart total must reach £45.00 or more after discounts have been applied to qualify.
Upgraded or express shipping services are available at an additional cost.
Free shipping applies to the original dispatch only and does not apply to reshipments resulting from incorrect address details, failed collection, refused delivery, or other customer-caused returns.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Please note that when using payment services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or similar payment apps, the address saved within those payment methods may automatically override the address entered during checkout.
For this reason, we strongly recommend checking that the address stored within your payment method is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Additional carrier charges
- The parcel being returned to the sender
If an address error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
If a parcel has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, customers may wish to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a delivery redirect or hold, where available.
We are happy to assist with providing shipment details where possible.
Please note that orders shipped to an address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or resent free of charge due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Returned to Sender Parcels
A parcel may be returned to our warehouse if:
- An incorrect address was provided
- Delivery was refused at any point, including customs refusal
- The parcel was not collected from the carrier
- The address provided was incomplete or invalid
If a parcel is returned to us for any of the reasons above, the order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Reshipment can be arranged once the parcel has been received and processed by our warehouse, in line with the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Protective Packaging
Our supplements are shipped directly inside the delivery satchel / without additional outer packaging.
For this reason, the shipping box forms part of the product’s protective packaging and should remain unopened until you are ready to use the product.
Opening the parcel may affect eligibility for certain returns, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier, including delivery to a parcel locker, mailroom, reception desk, or other designated delivery point, delivery is considered complete.
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient at that time.
If you cannot locate your parcel after it has been marked delivered, please contact the delivery carrier directly to request a delivery investigation. Our team is also happy to assist where possible.
Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. More often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Health and Balance Vitamins politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots (this may include your garbage/recycling bins).
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Health & Balance Vitamins are not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery. Replacements in these circumstances would be at the customer’s expense.
For customers in apartment complexes or shared buildings, we recommend using a Parcel Collect address or directing delivery to your local post office to ensure parcels are received securely
Delivery to Third-Party Agents
If a parcel is delivered to a parcel locker, mailroom, reception desk, or other third-party agent, delivery is considered complete.
Responsibility transfers to the recipient at that time.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active subscription, orders will be automatically processed according to your selected delivery schedule.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and subscription settings are up to date before the next billing date.
If you move address or will be unavailable to receive your subscription, please update your shipping details at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled payment.
To update successfully:
- Log Into Your Customer Portal
- Update your main account address
- Update the address within the subscription management section
Both must be completed.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for understanding any local import regulations, duties, or taxes that may apply.
Health & Balance Vitamins is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Parcels refused due to local regulations
- Additional duties, taxes, or import fees
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customs Processing
Customs clearance time frames are outside the control of Health & Balance Vitamins.
While we ensure all required documentation is provided, customs processing is determined solely by the destination country’s authorities.
