Very happy

My symptoms have really settled and I can’t remember the last time I was really badly bloated with my PCOS thanks to these capsules .

Great for insulin resistance

I have had berberine before. On 3 other diabetic meds before berberine, my hba1c went from 138 to 78, good but not enough as it should be around the 40 mark. I tried berberine and dropped my hba1c from 78 to 48 after 3 months! I then moved to inositol as i read that berberine shouldnt be taken constantly, should have breaks with it and my hba1c was stable but had gone up slightly to 55 so not as effective for me personally. I'm going to alternate berberine, a few months on, a few months off. But it's good for me as my insulin resistance is a really bad symptom of my pcos.

Amazing!

I started taking berberine and vitamin D over a week ago and have had my first period in 8 months! I have also noticed my cravings have reduced, wish I knew about berberine sooner!

Like the berberine, do not like the poor customer support

I am not wishing to give an experience of this item as I’m so fed up of being offered 10% discount and never receiving the code despite buying the vitamins for months. It’s actually terrible and I will take my business elsewhere due to this.

No Change

I’ll keep ordering likely, but I haven’t noticed a change personally. That goes for all of the vitamins I’m taking from this company.
