Processing Your Order:
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. If you are unable to locate this email please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us at info@handbvitamins.com. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information so that you may monitor your package’s location.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before confirming your order. Once an order has been processed, Health & Balance Vitamins cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated before shipment. Customers are responsible for any errors in the provided shipping details, and free replacements cannot be issued.
If a new parcel needs to be sent due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply, provided the original order can be returned to Health & Balance Vitamins.
Important Notice: If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address and cannot be returned to the sender, Health & Balance Vitamins is not responsible for recovering the items or issuing a replacement or refund.

Subscription Address Update
If you have recently moved or will be unavailable to collect your subscription, it is your responsibility as the subscription owner to update your shipping address at least three business days before your next payment is processed. To ensure your subscription is updated correctly, please follow these steps:

Log into your HBV account and update the address listed in your main profile.

Go to the "Manage Subscription" area and update your address here as well
Both areas must be updated to ensure your subscription is shipped to the correct address.
If you require assistance, please contact Health & Balance Vitamins in advance. While we strive to assist as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a response during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Processing Times
After your payment is authorised and verified, Health and Balance Vitamins attempts to process all orders within 1-2 business days, or as otherwise achievable from time to time. Please note hours and days of operation during holiday periods as orders will not be processed during times when the warehouse is closed, but will be processed in order received once the warehouse reopens from holiday periods.

Delivery Estimates
Health and Balance Vitamins endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Health and Balance Vitamins make every effort to get your order to you within the estimated time frames.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail from our UK Warehouse and we use Royal Mail’s delivery estimates, which currently states delivery may take anywhere from 2-4 business days, however, this can change without notice. If unsure, please check the Royal Mail website for up-to-date delivery estimates.
Health & Balance Vitamins are responsible for getting your parcel fulfilled as efficiently as possible, however, once your order is handed over to Royal Mail, any delays that then occur, are unforeseen, and therefore Health & Balance Vitamins are not liable to pay any shipping reimbursements as a result.

Free Shipping:
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £60 (after any discounts are applied to the total cart value). Additional charges will apply for tracked parcel services.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Any orders shipping to a destination outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees that are required to be paid are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination.
Health & Balance Vitamins has no control over these processes or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your parcel into your country. Health and Balance Vitamins does not benefit in any way from these charges and works very closely with local postal services to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers.

Customs Processing Times
Customs processing times are beyond the control of Health & Balance Vitamins. While we make every effort to provide all necessary documentation with your order, the time required to clear customs is solely at the discretion of your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long this process may take.

Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. More often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Health and Balance Vitamins politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots (this may include your garbage/recycling bins).
When your order is sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from us. Should you have any concerns or not be able to locate your package, please reach out to Health and Balance Vitamins at info@handbvitamins.com so that we are aware of the situation also and can provide you with assistance in trying to locate your parcel for you.
Health and Balance Vitamins will not be responsible for any loss (including theft) of delivered products following an unattended delivery. Replacements will be at the expense of the customer.
More often than not, most missing and stolen parcels come from customers residing in complexes or units. We suggest using a Parcel Collect Address or sending it directly to your local post office to collect at your convenience.
Delivery to Third-Party Agents
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier - whether to a parcel locker, mailroom, front desk, or any other third-party agent, the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement that may occur after delivery to these third-party locations.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly to initiate an investigation. While we are happy to assist where possible, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
