Drew Baird Fitness was created in 2015, but 3 years ago we switched to focus solely on PCOS - becoming Healthy PCOS. Ever since, we've impacted the lives of thousands of women suffering from the condition. 

We are based on the Mid-North Coast Australia in a place called Lake Cathie. This is around 4 hours north of Sydney. However, we ship our PCOS products from various warehouses, one of which is located in the UK.  

We have a shipping / fulfilment centre set up right here in the UK, meaning fast, reliable shipping for UK residents.

Usually, orders are processed and dispatched the day after you purchase.

We take great care in our shipping process, but on rare occasions, damage may occur during transit. If your items arrive damaged, please email us at info@handbvitamins.com within five business days of receiving your products so we can assist you.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail from our UK Warehouse and we use Royal Mail’s delivery estimates, which currently states delivery may take anywhere from 2-4 business days, however, this can change without notice. If unsure, please check the Royal Mail website for up-to-date delivery estimates.

Health and Balance Vitamins endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Health and Balance Vitamins make every effort to get your order to you within the estimated time frames.
